Ellinikon Aima (Greek Blood)

Skoufa street is dark at nights…

Ellinikon Aima was the most important illegal publishing of the royalist bourgeois resistance in occupied Athens, as well as one of the first official recognized resistance organizations in 1949. The newspaper’s editors and their circle (old and new politicians, businessmen, diplomats, etc.) played a central role in the reconstruction of the State and in the later events of the Greek post-war history.
